Pinot Gris 2024 Neil Perry fine tannin and a silkyOur Pinot Gris is fermented in old French Oak barrels that helps make a textural Pinot Gris style. We have one of the coolest sites on the Mornington Peninsula with rich red clay soils. This ensures our Gris ripens slowly while giving maximum flavour development.
