"Shoalhaven" fc833 and coloursoriginal paper artwork by mondocherry Shoalhaven was inspired by our desire to explore texture and shape in a new way. We are fascinated with the rough edges created by tearing individual pieces of various weights of paper. The torn edges allow us to experiment with dipping and turning each component into paint, allowing the colour to seep into raw edges creating definition and results in the artwork forming its own unique tones.
