When the rain stopped I took some photos as the sun peeked through the clouds

Their blossoms look like big puffy cotton balls

I used swift vertical and horizontal brush strokes to create surface tension on my canvas

so I snapped a photo and painted it

I liked the electrical wires in the pic because it gave the painting an extra bit of energy. At the time, I was also into adding tiny structures in my paintings. For this one, I gave it a vintage vibe with an old pick up truck towing an airstream. I think it adds a bit of mystery to the scene. Oil on Premier Cotton Stretched Canvas.
