This vase was thrown on the potter’s wheel by Lindsey

it was fired again in a gas kiln to create the iridescent gold effects

The heart shape was cut out from a soft slab of clay and pressed into a slight dish shape after a strawberry pattern was imprinted onto the clay

The rainbow pattern was painted on with underglaze at the leather hard stage. It was glaze fired to over 2200 degrees.
