Waves along the Malecon Size:24"x36" On this visit to City

On this visit to City Park I went to a familiar spot and zoomed into the city a little to capture the fresh grass of spring at the park on this spring day in Denver

From my position in City Park I was able to position the setting sun at the Wells Fargo Building (Cash Register) and the mountains

I decided to add another dimension to the process and bring the readers of the blog as well as fans on Facebook into the project and have them vote for their favorite three images during the month of December

This is where I noticed the beach and water coming together and also leaving a reminder of the prior wave coming onto the beach during low tide

Noticing that the wind was blowing out of the south I found myself south of airport to photograph takeoffs

Waves along the Malecon Size:24"x36" On this visit to CityOn my final day in Havana a small weather system moved into the city bringing up the wind as it passed through the city. Even with the wind I headed out to the Malecon and was treated to the waves crashing against the seawall. I watched in awe of the force of the waves but also used that time to see where the waves were breaking, with that knowledge I searched for an interesting foreground and pointed my camera.
