1960s Rare Webe Mod Shift Dress & Coat designer-ossie-clark It is tagged a USA classic sixties set from the rare Webe label. Webe pieces are very well made and had a refined chicness about them! The dress is a waistless shift with rounded, almost sculpted shoulders. The seaming on it is all highlighted by a row of stitching down one side. This subtle little detail really adds to the richness of the piece. The coat has this same design touch. It is cut to skim over the sleeveless sheath without creating a lot of bulk. Hidden
