The peplum at the waist adds a nice touch and you could belt the waist to emphasize it more

pointed-panel of fabric on both the front and back attached around the top of the bodice

The dots are painted onto the surface so have a slight raised feel

First the fabric - this is that perfect silk twill - think Hermes scarf weight and feel - this type of silk holds color like no other and the depth of hue and tonality to the print in this wonderful piece is breathtaking

The draping at the front forms a sort of "cheat" half pocket on either side of the center seam
